Garrett founded Foster Concepts to bring efficiency, foresight, innovation and expertise into alignment, to provide business savvy solutions. David’s journey as a web solution expert spans ten years on the front lines of revolutionary technology advancement. With precision David has given clients the gift of efficient technology to support recurring revenue, by crafting server solutions with Java, PHP, MySQL and creating solid cross-browser interfaces with JavaScript, CSS, HTML and XML. As an open source advocate David utilizes the power of LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, Perl/PHP) to build elegant solutions giving clients the tools for growth and efficiency. Challenges have inspired David to problem-solving excellence… Such as tackling the ‘age’ old design issue with using Flash on a web site, making it hard to manage and invisible to search engines. Rather than accepting this paradigm as a rule, David solved the problem by designing and building a custom content management system (CMS) for dynamic HTML to give clients the ability to easily maintain a Flash-like site. David has continued his no-holds-barred approach by taking Oracle’s iStore eCommerce solution and extending it far beyond its out-of-the-box functionality.

As a resourceful project manager and the Director of Service and Delivery, Jodi Foster uses her innate drive and focus to ensure expectations are met and all projects are on time and within budget. Her process starts with first setting up expectations from the beginning, ongoing education and consistent communication. When Jodi is not pushing her physical limits climbing mountains and running adventure races (seriously), she maximizes her time with clients and internal staff to achieve project goals. Transparency is important to Jodi and her ultimate goal is “making sure we deliver what we promise.”

Jodi brings to the team more than 15 years of experience in sales operations, project management, and oversight expertise. With her diverse background in the public, private and non-profit sectors, she brings clients an overarching perspective of field management, company sales strategies, departmental structure, and overall revenue growth.  Jodi is a strong corporate and community leader. She is a member of CSIA, Colorado’s technology association and a member of CSIA Women in Technology.  Believing service to others is important; she held the position at Denver Mile High Rotary for Chairman of Fund Raising Committee from 2007 – 2010 and held the position of co-chair for the CSIA Apex Awards 2010. It doesn’t stop there as Jodi gives her time and resources year round to various foundations and charities.
